In the present scenario especially in the State of Andhra Pradesh the number of Engineering colleges have increased than required. Even though the number of students joining in engineering colleges has decreased, this number is still very high when compared with the absorption levels of the corporate companies.

According to NASSCOM survey only 25% of the students are employable. But even in this small cult of 25% all students are able to crack the opportunities available.

Understanding this scenario our college has decided to induce all employable skills through an inhouse CRT program. Now a days the expectations of corporate companies on Engineering graduates are increasing day by day. So as to bridge  this GAP of expectations and make the students understand the requirements of the organisations we have started a program called “ HR – Student INTERFACE “.

The main objective of this program is to make the student Understand & prepare himself for the Job world.

For this program we have invited HR recruiters from reputed companies as guest to address the students and make them understand the expectations of companies from engineering students.
