SELECTION PROCESS
PHOENIX MARITIME SERVICES (P.) LTD, undertakes Aptitude, IQ, Reasoning and Psychometric tests followed by an interview. And Physical Endurance test. The final selection will only takes place after medical check-up through  panel Doctor.

Medical Fitness: Medically fit with No. color blindness.
All candidates have to pass complete medical examination and mandatory tests prior to joining at the Academy.
